The Enterprise Risk Management Roadmap Report identifies needed activities, resources, and support to assist state agencies. It is presented as suggestions to national organizations such as the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), the Federal Highway Admin- istration (FHWA), the Transportation Research Board (TRB), and to state agencies.

The Roadmap Report
This report fulfills one of two requirements of NCHRP 20-24 (105) which is to develop an Enterprise Risk Management roadmap. This report addresses the roadmap in two complementary and interrelated ways. First, it produced a roadmap that describes priorities for research, development of tools, or support activities that are most important to support state adoption of enterprise risk management.The second product of this effort is an Executive Implementation Plan for state transportation agencies wanting to establish their own enterprise risk management programs.
